Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 September 2026. These terms govern use of the MECMIND website, AI Assistant, enquiry and RFQ functions, and general access to information about MECMIND technology services.
1. About MECMIND
MECMIND is the AI Technologies brand within MEC GROUP. The applicable contracting entity for a specific paid service is identified in the relevant proposal, quotation, order, statement of work or signed agreement.
2. Website and Service Information
MECMIND provides information about AI Agents, AI Calling, WhatsApp AI, business automation, AI-powered SaaS, RAG and knowledge systems, system integration and digital transformation. Website content describes potential capabilities and does not by itself constitute a binding offer, warranty or commitment to deliver a particular feature or outcome.
3. AI Assistant and AI-Generated Content
The website AI Assistant and other AI-enabled services may generate probabilistic or automated outputs. Such outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial or emergency advice. Visitors and customers are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions.
4. RFQ, Consultation and Quotations
Submitting an RFQ, consultation request or project information does not create a contract and does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, availability or delivery. Any quotation, scope, fee, subscription, timeline, tax treatment, validity period, payment term or commercial commitment is governed only by the specific document issued for that project and, where applicable, an authorized agreement.
5. Integrations and Operational Capabilities
Appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellation, CRM actions, telephony, messaging, data exchange and other workflow functions depend on project requirements, compatible systems, supported APIs or integrations, system availability, configuration and technical assessment. MECMIND does not guarantee compatibility with a third-party system unless that capability has been reviewed and confirmed for the relevant project.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights, permissions, notices, consents and lawful authority for data, contacts, content, systems and instructions supplied for use with MECMIND services. Customers are also responsible for reviewing configured workflows and outputs before using them in live business operations where human review is appropriate.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or MECMIND services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized activity; to infringe third-party rights; to bypass security controls; or to interfere with service availability or integrity.
8. Sensitive Information and Security
Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials, payment-card data or other sensitive authentication information through the public website AI Assistant or general enquiry forms. MECMIND may apply security, rate-limiting, verification and abuse-prevention controls to protect its systems and users.
9. Intellectual Property
MECMIND branding, website materials, software components, workflow designs and proprietary technology remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership, licensing and permitted use of custom project deliverables are determined by the relevant commercial agreement.
10. Third-Party Services
Solutions may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, AI providers, messaging or telephony services, cloud infrastructure, CRM systems or other external technology. Their availability, pricing, policies and performance are outside MECMIND's direct control and may be subject to separate third-party terms.
11. Availability, Changes and No Guaranteed Outcome
MECMIND aims to provide reliable technology services, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may change as technology, provider requirements or project configurations evolve. Unless expressly stated in an authorized agreement, MECMIND does not guarantee a particular commercial result, conversion rate, cost saving, integration outcome or AI response accuracy.
12. Limitation and Contract Priority
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided on a general informational basis. For contracted services, liability, warranties, service levels, support obligations, governing law and dispute-resolution terms are determined by the relevant signed commercial agreement, which takes priority over these general website terms where there is a conflict.
13. Privacy
Use of the website and related services is also subject to the MECMIND Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as MECMIND services, technologies or legal requirements evolve. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
15. Contact
Business or legal enquiries may be sent to info@mecmindai.com or through the official MECMIND contact channels shown on the website.
