MECMIND is the AI Technologies brand within MEC GROUP. The applicable contracting entity for a paid project or service is identified in the relevant proposal, quotation, order, statement of work or agreement.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you interact with MECMIND, we may collect contact details, company and job information, enquiry and project requirements, RFQ or quotation information, communication records, files or documents you choose to provide, AI Assistant messages, form data, technical and security information, and service usage information.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to enquiries, assess project requirements, prepare proposals or quotations, provide and support agreed services, operate AI and automation workflows, improve website and service quality, maintain security, prevent abuse, keep business records and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. AI Assistant and Automated Systems
MECMIND may use AI models and automated workflows to process messages, summarize requirements, generate draft responses or support configured business processes. AI-generated content may be probabilistic and should be reviewed where appropriate. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials, payment-card details or other sensitive authentication information through the website AI Assistant.
5. RFQ, Quotation and Consultation Data
If you submit an RFQ, consultation request or quotation-related information, we may process the details needed to understand your business need, systems, integrations, expected scope, timeline and commercial requirements. Submission of information does not by itself create a contract or guarantee that MECMIND can deliver a requested integration or outcome.

For configured customer solutions, data may be processed through messaging, telephony, CRM, booking or workflow systems. The exact data and processing depend on the approved project configuration, supported integrations and the customer's lawful instructions. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority, notices and consents for contacts and data supplied for their use of a service.

The website may use essential cookies, local storage or similar technologies for security, session continuity and service operation. MECMIND currently uses security controls such as Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Security providers may process technical information such as browser, device and network signals for this purpose. MECMIND may use technology providers for AI models, hosting, cloud infrastructure, communications, security, automation, integrations, analytics and data storage.
